Established and headquartered in Singapore, Nam Wah Pai began as a martial arts school specialising in training students to harness the power of qigong. When applied correctly, qigong strengthens and enhances the body’s conditioning allowing the body to withstand more incredible blows and exert a potent force. They have since expanded to 5 countries, with branches in Asia & New Zealand.
The techniques and knowledge taught in Nam Wah Pai are the results of the convergence of the essence of Shaolin, Taiji, and other traditional Chinese martial arts, culminating in the formation of this independent and unique system of martial arts, thus, the name Nam Wah Pai.

An innovative programme developed by Emory University with guidance from world renowned psychologist Dr. Daniel Goleman and other experts, this programme will equip parents with the tools needed to nurture social, emotional intelligence and ethical values in their children, as well as themselves.
Facilitators from Emory University’s Centre for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics will be conducting 2 workshops, namely:, 1) Navigating Emotions & Resiliency, and 2) Enabling Well-Being.
Each workshop can be attended as a standalone to the full programme, with 2 main activities each session covering a spectrum of topics that encourage individuals to be aware of and get in touch with their emotional wellbeing, to identify negative feelings and stress points, and to reflect on how to alleviate it.
