They will need to present either a hard copy memo issued by a General Practitioner (GP) clinic, public or private healthcare institution along with a government-issued photo identification card or their TraceTogether app for entry into these premises.

A POSB ATM is located at Haw Par Villa MRT Station.

Are there any shelters in the park if it rains?

We are an open-air park and therefore have limited shelters available around. We strongly recommend bringing an umbrella or a poncho in case it rains. Should you need to, you may also purchase these items from our Visitor Centre which is open from 10am – 6pm daily.

Is your park wheelchair friendly?

Around 60%-70% of our park is accessible by wheelchair. However, there are certain areas in the inner parts of our sculpture garden that will not be accessible by wheelchair as it requires going up or down small flights of stairs. You may wish to refer to our Park Map for our recommended wheelchair route.

Do you have a wheelchair we can borrow as we go around the park?

Unfortunately we do not have wheelchairs for guest-use. Sorry!

Are there any transport or vehicles in the park, like trams or buggies?

We do not have transport vehicles or offer such transport services in Haw Par Villa at the moment.

Pets are welcome in our park! Please ensure that they are leashed/muzzled as necessary, and to clean up after your pets.
However, kindly note that pets are not allowed in the Hell’s Museum complex, in order to keep our exhibits safe. (Anyway, all pets go to heaven!)
